It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a credit note in cases which: 

o         The item does not fit you
o         You have simply changed your mind

Provided that:

o          You notify us within 14 days from the date the item was delivered
o          The item is not a sale item. Items in our sale section are final sale and cannot be returned to us
o          The item is unworn and in original condition 
o          Your name or order number is written on the back of the return parcel

Please note all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

If your order qualifies for a return, please email us at returns@houseoftroy.com.au. We will then send you our returns address in Sydney, Australia. 

** A maximum of two returns per customer will apply within a 12month period. For any further returns a restock fee of 40% will apply and a credit note will be given for the remaining amount. 

* Returns must be placed in the post within 14 days of receipt of the returns confirmation email you will receive once approved

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a refund or credit note provided:

o       You notify us within 14 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault, along with photos as proof via email to returns@houseoftroy.com.au

o       Your claim of the fault has been reviewed and approved by our staff 

For faulty items we will also cover the return shipping costs. Simply email a photo of the postage receipt for reimbursement.
